Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 dessertspoon milk
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Beat the butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Mix in the oats, flour and baking soda dissolved in milk.
Tip dough onto a lightly floured board and roll out. Cut the dough into circles and bake fot 15-20 minutes.
