This traditional Bavarian dip is simply delicious served with soft pretzels warm from the oven.
The original recipe also includes butter but having made it with and without, I prefer this version.
- 125g camembert or brie, chopped
- 125g cream cheese
- 1/2 onion, very finely chopped
- 3 radishes, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
Place the camembert/brie and cream cheese together in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Turn out into a bowl and mix in the onion and radish. Season to taste with salt.
Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until needed.
Serve with warm soft pretzels or crackers.
