Sharon’s 7 egg Pavlova – Radio Live

Sharon says that she adds all the ingredients at once.


  • 7 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water


Preheat oven to 180 C.
Beat all ingredients in an electric cake mixer for 10-15 minutes utnil smooth and glossy.
Mound pavlova onto a lined baking tray and cook for 10 minutes. Turn oven off and allow pavlova to sit in the oven until oven is cold
