Ingredients
- 500 g floury potatoes
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- sea salt
Method
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes, puree them, season with salt and place them in a bowl. Finely grate the garlic and mix it with the potatoes. Add the oil and vinegar and taste.
