Ingredients
- 50g butter
- piece of cinnamon quill
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup prunes
- 1 cup sultanas
- 60 mls verjuice
Method
Melt
together the butter with cinnamon in a saucepan. Add the fruit and the verjuice
and reduce until sticky. Serve with blue cheese.
