Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150g white chocolate
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup self raising flour

Method
Preheat oven to 180 C Beat together butter and sugar until pale and creamy, add
the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Gently melt together
chocolate and milk and mix in along with the vanilla essence and flours.
Pour into a lined deep 20 cm round cake tin and bake for 1 hour
until cake tests cooked.
Also only took about 55 minutes when I made it too. Also browned but I was decided to ice it with a passionfruit icing.
I made this and it only needed an hour in the oven.
Also it browns on the outside of the cake so it doesn’t look white.
