Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 30g butter

Method

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat. Bring to the boil and cook until thickened, stirring at times.
