Ingredients
- 90g/3oz butter
- 90g sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 185g/6oz flour
- 1 tablespoon marmalade
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Method
Preheat
oven to 200 C. Cream Butter and sugar add beaten eggs the marmalade, soda
dissolved in milk and lastly flour. Stir gently to combine. Spoon into muffin
tins and bake for 12-15 minutes until springy to touch.
