Raewyn
Do ensure your bowl is large otherwise you may find that the mixture overflows.
Ingredients
- 500 g icing sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 100 g butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Method
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and Microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir well. Microwave another 3 minutes, beat until thick, pour into a greased dish. It sets fast and is very rich. Cut into small pieces and store in fridge. I don't know how long it keeps as it doesn't last more than 2 or 3 days and it's gone.
