- cups crunchy peanut butter
- 100g butter
- 3 cups rice bubbles
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 500g dark chocolate, melted
Method
Beat
together the peanut butter and butter, mix in rice bubbles, icing sugar
and vanilla. Form into walnut sized balls and dip in melted chocolate. Place
on a tray lined with waxed paper and chill.
