Ingredients
- 5kg plums
- 2 1/2 kg sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon whole pepper
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups vinegar
Method
Place all ingredients in a pan and boil until just soft. Leave to cool and pour into sterilised jars and seal.
