Rum Plums

  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 plums


Combine rum, caster sugar, water and cinnamon and bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer. Halve and stone plums and add to the liquid, poach until plums are tender. Cool and refrigerate.
