Thanks to the input on our forums I now have 7 meals in the freezer to hopefully keep stress levels for the family to a minimum while I am away in San Francisco.
I am heading away to IACP conference – not the Chief of Police IACP but one for culinary professionals ie food writers. When I first went searching for it I almost booked myself into the wrong conference – could have been very interesting!
I will be eating my way around San Francisco and hopefully coming home with some wonderful inspiration for recipes and foodlovers.
Hopefully I will get time to post some updates here but if not I will fill you in on details next week.
