- 250g dark bitter chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 100g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
- 125g icing sugar
- 1 egg white, beaten
Mix together the melted chocolate and cream, add the nuts, icing sugar and fold
in the egg white. Press into a slab approx 2 cm thick and mark into 2 cm
cubes. Refrigerate until set.
