Ingredients
- 2 litres vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup Ocean Spray® Craisins®, sweetened dried cranberries
- ½ cup flaked almonds, lightly toasted
- ½ cup shredded coconut, lightly toasted
- ¼ cup dried pineapple, finely chopped
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Method
Slightly soften ice cream and stir through Craisins®, almonds, coconut, pineapple and chocolate. Pour into a plastic lined tray or bowl and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving and cut into wedges or shape with a large spoon.
