Ingredients
- 1 punnet strawberries, hulled
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups cream
Method
Place strawberries in a food processor and blend to a pulp. Beat sugar, egg and milk and beat until smooth and sugar has dissolved. Add cream and strawberries and mix to combine. Freeze in an icecream maker or covered in a plastic container.
