Ingredients
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups cream
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
Method
Put the maple syrup, egg, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth and the sugar dissolved. Slowly add the cream and mix to combine. Freeze in an icecream maker or in a covered plastic container.
