Bircher Muesli

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup yoghurt (of choice)
  • 1 apple or pear, grated
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds, lightly toasted
  • seasonal fruit


Place the oats in a bowl and pour over the apple juice.  Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning mix through the yoghurt, grated pear, seeds and almonds.
Spoon into bowls and top with fresh fruit.
