Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar (image has red wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped shallot
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method
Make the vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar, mustard salt pepper and shallot together in a small jug or glass jar with a lid. Combine all ingredients then add the oil. Mix well until vinegar solution is well emulsified.

Is this the recipe of the vinaigrette you use to sell.
It is the only and nicest we have ever had with our salad.
I have tried all other but cannot find the same.
Please send me that recipe because they doe not sell it anymore.
