Walnut Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method

Place nuts in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped. Transfer nuts to a jar and whisk in the vinegar and oil. Season to taste.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
