- 2 avocados, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cup coriander leaves, coarsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- 2 medium vine ripened tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
- juice of 1 lime or 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed with sea salt
Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash to the consistency that you like. Serve with corn or pita chips.
