  • 2 avocados, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup cup coriander leaves, coarsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 2 medium vine ripened tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
  • juice of 1 lime or 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed with sea salt


Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mash to the consistency that you like.  Serve with corn or pita chips.
