exactly the type of cookie recipe I’ve been searching for. Couldn’t help but eat some dough before cooking. Straight out of the oven they are soft and decadent. Once cool they are the perfect texture and thick. I’ve been sick of those flat cookie recipes (maybe due to eggs? Bonus that this recipe has no eggs because I dislike the egg taste in baking sometimes) I baked 41 cookies of small to medium size from this recipe!
Hi love this recipe but I do 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup rolled oats for extra fibre and they are terrific

I made these biscuits earlier this week and they didn’t last long! Finally something that my family can all agree taste great. Thanks Helen for the recipe
