- 800 g agria potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- sea salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 25 g butter
- 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
Place potatoes in a saucepan with water and salt. Cook until tender and then drain well. Heat milk and butter together until butter has melted. Pour milk and butter into potatoes along with parmesan and pepper to taste. Mash well.
