Ingredients
- 350g spaghetti
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 30ml lemon infused olive oil
- 100g parmesan, freshly grated
- 200g Regal wood roasted salmon
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
