Ingredients
- ½ cup walnuts, toasted
- ½ cup almonds, toasted
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ cups flat leaf parsley
- ½ cup basil
- ½ cup verjuice
- ¼ – ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Blend walnuts, almonds, garlic, parsley and basil in a mortar and pestle or food
processor. Add verjuice and enough oil to form a spreadable paste, season
to taste.
