Ingredients
- 500g baby octopus, cleaned and heads and beaks removed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 ml lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Place the octopus in a glass bowl or other non-corrodible container. Combine all the marinade ingredients, pour over the octopus, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove the octopus from the marinade and place on a hot barbecue. Toss for 3-5 minutes until cooked
