Ingredients
- 1/3
- cup hot mashed potato
- 30g butter
- 1 2/3 cups icing sugar
- 1 1/4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 3/4 cups coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Method
Beat
together the potato and butter, add icing sugar, cocoa, coconut, vanilla
and a pinch of salt. Add a little extra melted butter if needed.
Place spoonfuls on a tray and refrigerate to set.
