  • 250g vegetable shortening
  • 4 cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut


Melt vegetable shortening in a saucepan over a low heat or in a microwave oven.

Mix puffed rice, icing sugar, cocoa, coconut and melted vegetable shortening until

Spoon mixture evenly into 24 paper cases. Refrigerate until set.
