Ingredients
- 1/2
- packet gingernuts, crushed
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 150g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 100g crystallised ginger, chopped
- 150g dark chocolate
Method
Mix together gingernuts, icing sugar, coconut, cream cheese, sherry and
gingers. Roll into balls and chill. Melt chocolate and dip balls into chocolate,
sit on a tray to set
