Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50g pinenuts, toasted
  • 50g parmesan, freshly grated
  • small bunch rocket
  • extra virgin olive oil

Method

Blend
garlic, pine nuts and parmesan with rocket leaves. Drizzle in olive oil
– about 1/4 cup – until the mixture forms a paste.
