Ingredients
- 500g cooked brown lentils
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 large grated carrot
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tblspns tamari sauce ( or soy sauce )
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon vege stock powder
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
Mash cooked lentils with potato masher. Mix all ingredients together and mould – use scone cutter to shape – will not hand mould. Bake on greased tray 160 o C. 1/2 hour
