“The Hot Bath”

Ingredients

  • 180ml olive oil
  • 40g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 8-10 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • Fresh raw vegetables e.g. carrot, brocolli, celery, radish, brocolli
  • Sourdough bread

 

Method

Heat the oil and butter together, add the garlic and briefly saute until fragrant.
Add the anchovies and cook stirring until anchovies have dissolved. Serve
hot with vegetable pieces and bread for dipping.
