Yield: 4-5
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 sachet instant chocolate dessert mixture (ie chocolate pudding) or chocolate mousse mix
- 150ml cream, whipped
- 1 crunchie bar, smashed (or 2 if you like)
Method
Pour the milk into a bowl, sprinkle over the chocolate mousse powder and beat for 3-4 minutes until thick and smooth. Fold through half of the whipped cream and most of the crunchie bar - saving some cream and crunchie for decoration later.
Spoon into dessert glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour. Decorate with remaining cream and crunchie before serving.

Please provide a gram size for the instant dessert…..made this in Australia, had a 100g pkt! & ended up adding probably another 2 cups of milk!! It will get eaten, but not all pkts are the same.

So easy!! Delicious kids loved it. We used a packet of choc mousse.
I make this if I’m stuck for a dessert in a hurry.
I will have to add crunchie bars next time, it sounds great.
A marshmellow egg or Lindt Lindor on top would be delicious.
Even adults couldn’t say no to the sound of these.
i love making these types of puddings, so easy to make and very tasty and so versatile to be able to add whatever you like to them.
