- 250g dark chocolate
- 75g white chocolate
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds, lightly toasted
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots or glaceed fruit, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, lightly toasted and finely chopped
Melt dark and white chocolate in separated bowls over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave on reduced heat. Stir until smooth.
Place teaspoonfuls of dark chocolate on a foil lined board and then drizzle a small amount of white chocolate into the centre of each. Using a skewer swirl the white chocolate into the dark. Sprinkle the top with assorted nuts and fruit.
Allow to cool until set and then store in an airtight container in a cool place
