Chocolate Hokey Nut Clusters

These are simple to make and even easier to eat.
Please do not blame me if you eat the whole lot in one sitting!

To make them extra simple I bought crunchie bars but you can of course add homemade hokey pokey chunks.

Yield: Makes 30


  • 250g milk chocolate, broken into chunks
  • 250g dark chocolate (about 50 - 70% cocoa), broken into chunks
  • 3 x 50g Crunchie bars, roughly chopped
  • 200g roasted salted peanuts


Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave on reduced heat.
Stir through the crunchie bar and peanuts.
Drop small spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking paper or foil lined tray.

Once set, store in an airtight container.
