These are simple to make and even easier to eat.
Please do not blame me if you eat the whole lot in one sitting!
To make them extra simple I bought crunchie bars but you can of course add homemade hokey pokey chunks.
Yield: Makes 30
Ingredients
- 250g milk chocolate, broken into chunks
- 250g dark chocolate (about 50 - 70% cocoa), broken into chunks
- 3 x 50g Crunchie bars, roughly chopped
- 200g roasted salted peanuts
Method
Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave on reduced heat.
Stir through the crunchie bar and peanuts.
Drop small spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking paper or foil lined tray.
Once set, store in an airtight container.
I love your recipes and will be making the chocolate clusters which sound yummy and also making the pavlova. Thanks a lot.
