Ingredients
- 175g butter
- 50g icing sugar
- 175 flour
- 50g cornflour
Method
Preheat oven to 170 C.
Beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll mixture into balls and place on cold greased trays. Flatten with a fork dipped in a little flour.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until biscuits are firm but not too coloured. Allow to cool and then ice together in pairs.
