Pork Spare Ribs

  • 1 kg pork spare ribs
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce






Place ribs, sauces and sugar in a shallow dish and refrigerate for up to 12 hours, turning regularly.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Place ribs in a roasting pan and bake for 50 minutes turning every 15 minutes until ribs are golden brown and shiny.
