Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 125g sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground chilli
- 350g macadamia nuts
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Method
Heat oil in frypan and add the 125g of sugar and the nuts. Stir over medium heat until the nuts are nicely caramelised. Mix together the salt, cumin, chilli and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pour in nuts and toss in spice mix until all the nuts are well coated and separate.
Cool and then store in an airtight jar.
