Ham or Gammon with Marmalustard

  • 4 ham or gammon steaks
  • 4 tablespoons marmalustard
  • 100 g haloumi cheese


Finish a ham or gammon steak by spreading with Marmalustard, top with thinly sliced Haloumi cheese and grill until bubbling and flecked with gold. Serve with a green salad and a baked potato.
