Ingredients
- 120g butter or dripping
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups cold mashed potato
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- sultanas
Method
Preheat oven to 190 C Rub butter into flour, mix in sugar, potato, baking powder and sultanas. Press into a greased tin and bake for 30 minutes. Mark with a knife while hot.
