Ingredients
- 1250g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced cream
- 6 chopped anchovy fillets
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Lemon juice to taste
- Crushed crackers
Method
Mix all ingredients except crackers together and form into two logs. Roll in crushed crackers and refrigerate.
