Audrey's Christmas Fruit Mince (diabetic Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 50g currants
  • 50g sultanas
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g grated apple
  • 60mls unsweetened fruit juice/brandy
  • pinch of nutmeg/cinnamon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 5 saccharin tablets

Method

Preheat oven to 180 C Mix above ingredients together and spoon into pastry cases. Bake for 15 minutes
