Ingredients
- 50g currants
- 50g sultanas
- 50g raisins
- 50g grated apple
- 60mls unsweetened fruit juice/brandy
- pinch of nutmeg/cinnamon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 5 saccharin tablets
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C Mix above ingredients together and spoon into pastry cases. Bake for 15 minutes
