Caramelised Figs

Ingredients

  • tender figs
  • brown sugar or caster sugar
  • butter

 

Method

Preheat oven to 220 C. Roll figs in either brown or caster sugar. Butter an ovenproof
dish and lie figs in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
