- 200g Hersheys semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup cream
- ¼ cup whiskey
- 150g chopped dates
- 250g Hersheys semi sweet chocolate chips
Method
Cover
dates with whiskey. Melt 200g chocolate chips and add cream. Add dates and
whiskey and stir until mixture is thick and gooey. Roll into small balls
and place on baking paper. Freeze for 1 hour. Melt 250g chocolate chips
and dip balls into chocolate to coat. Leave in a cool place to set.
