Add this to fried rice, nasi goreng and other Asian recipes
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 22 whole small dried shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 dried red chillies (with seeds chopped)
- 1 fresh red or green chilli (seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or mortar and pestle.
These can easily be frozen for future use.
