Ingredients
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups fruit mince
- 36 wonton wrappers
- Oil for deep frying
- icing sugar
Method
Mix together almonds and fruit mince. Place 1 teaspoonful of fruit mixture onto centre of wrapper. Moisten edges with water; fold in half to form a triangle, then bring opposite points together, pinching edges to seal securely. Deep fry in hot oil in batches until golden, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels and dust with icing sugar
