Ingredients
- 3 large oranges
- 3 large lemons
- sugar
Method
Chop
fruit finely and place in a glass or plastic bowl. Add 3 cups of water to
each cup pulp. Leave overnight. Place in a saucepan and boil for 20 minutes,
add 1 cup sugar to each cup of liquid and boil until it reaches setting
stage. Pour into sterilised jars and seal while still hot.
