  • 400g cooked potato
  • 25g butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 85-115g flour


Mash together potato, butter and salt. Work in the flour to form a manageable consistency, knead lightly on a floured board. Roll to 1/4 inch thick and cut into 4-5 triangles. Fry in a hot pan until browned on both sides
