- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 zucchini, grated
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 60g flour
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients well. Drop spoonfuls onto a hot pan and cook until brown on both sides.
