Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup mashed kiwifruit
- 1 tablespoon Malibu (optional)
Method
Beat all the ingredients together and freeze using an icecream maker OR
Pour the mixture into a container and put it in the freezer.
When it is half frozen (about 2 hours) beat the mixture again.
Return it to the freezer, and leave it until it’s firm.
